We are pleased to announce ELD's upcoming training courses in Bangkok, Thailand, scheduled for May 2010. Training will be held at the Regional Community Forestry Training Centre in Bangkok as follows:
Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation May 3 - 7
Reporting Skills and Professional Writing May 3 - 7Developing Project Proposals May 10 - 14Facilitation and Presentation Skills May 10 - 14
Times are 9 - 4.30 each day, and the fee for each training course is 420 GBP / 22,000 THB per participant (excludes lunch / accommodation). Affordable accommodation is available at the RECOFTC venue. You can find course descriptions, registration information and application forms at our web site www.eld.org.uk. Please note we need to receive an application form to reserve your place but places are only confirmed on receipt of payment. Places are on a first-come first-served basis.Trainers will be from the UK and Nepal, and all courses will be conducted in English.

本课程内容涉及到领导力和激励的理论及实践经验、对领导角色的重新认识、领导者所须具备的能力和品质、对领导力的反思、如何领导并激励知识工作者使其发挥最大生产力、管理者和组织所面临的主要人力资源管理问题等相关主题，培养领导者应该具备的思维习惯和行为方式，提升领导力并学会有效激励。
